Losing Weight Challenge!

Okay, starting January 1st we started a contest amongst ourselves to lose 20 pounds by April 1st.

Here’s my plan:

Healthy meals + my protein shakes. Shake in the morning, snacks to munch on at work (carrots, an apple) and a small dinner when I get home at 8. STOP NIGHT TIME BINGING.
Also I got to cut down on all sugars.

C25K challenge is something I want to do. It is a 9-week running program to help beginners run a 5k. The program has you running 20 minutes 3 days a week, starts off slow and gradually works you to a 5k. I also will be riding and will begin my English seat so I will be posting the hell out of my legs and abs.

So I’m almost on the right track. I just need to implement some mind over matter power.

I plan on winning!
